Promotion Details

1. Three Months Free Management
   New owners may receive a waiver of three (3) months of property management commission fees. This offer is available for qualifying properties only.
2. Two-Year Management Commitment
   This promotion requires a minimum two (2) year property management agreement with Americana Property Management & Real Estate, LLC. Also, the waiver begins on the lease start date.
3. Promotional Addendum Required
   Owner must sign a promotional addendum confirming the terms and conditions of this offer.
4. Early Termination
   If the owner terminates the agreement before completing the two (2) year term, the waived three (3) months of management commissions must be reimbursed to Americana Property Management & Real Estate, LLC.
5. Owner Reserve Requirement
   Owner agrees to maintain a $500 reserve fund per unit during the initial two (2) year management term.
6. Property Sale Exception
   If the owner sells the property through Americana Property Management & Real Estate, LLC, reimbursement of the waived management commissions will be waived.
7. Property Inspection Required
   Offer is subject to a satisfactory property inspection and approval.
8. New Owners Only
   This promotion is available to new property owners only and does not apply to existing clients.
