We take payments here at the office in Cash, Check, and Money Orders. There is an option available for tenants to pay at 7-11 or CVS. We also have online payment options for tenants to pay with a credit or debit card and even set up automatic payments.

Even with all these options inevitably tenants will run into problems paying. Our Agents are here to field these calls and make sure that the rent is collected in a timely manner.

We provide ledgers detailing all the transactions and will prepare and send you a 1099 tax form and a year-end statement each tax season for your records.
